Cuaba
Salomon Single Cigar
CUABA
Every Cuaba is made in the distinctive shape known as a double figurado, the style that at the end of the 19th Century was all the rage for Habanos.
Double figurados are at the pinnacle of the cigar makers' art and for this alone they merit a place in every cigar enthusiast's collection.
Cuaba, like Cohiba, is a Taino Indian word dating back to the time of Columbus. It was their name for a highly combustible bush, which the Indians used to light their 'Cohibas.'
All sizes contain a medium to full flavoured blend of filler and binder leaves from the Vuelta Abajo zone and are ‘tripa larga totalmente a mano’ – long filler, totally handmade.
SALOMONES
A size rediscovered in the 1990s. Salomones have become a signature shape for those who like large cigars. The Cuaba version is your most reliable way to access this prized format.

"Despite its tapers and bulging bottom, this shapely figurado draws and burns evenly. Its toasty, nutty character is layered with notes of leather, ground pepper graham cracker and hazelnut, all leading to a honey-like finish..."
