Cohiba
Siglo Iv A.T. Single Cigar
The Cohiba Siglo IV A.T. Single is a prestigious premium expression from Habanos S.A.’s celebrated Línea 1492 range, originally introduced to commemorate the 500th anniversary of Christopher Columbus's historic arrival in the New World. This single cigar comes individually encased in a protective, cedar-lined aluminium tube (Alu Tubo), making it an excellent option for travel, gifting, or immediate enjoyment without requiring a dedicated humidor.
The wrapper, binder, and long-filler leaves are harvested exclusively from elite premier plantations inside Cuba's world-famous Vuelta Abajo zone. Crafted with precision at the legendary El Laguito factory, the filler stocks undergo Cohiba's mandatory third fermentation inside wooden barrels to eliminate any youthful harshness. The resulting medium-bodied smoke offers exceptional balance and refined depth, making this single Corona Gorda a prized selection for discerning enthusiasts and connoisseurs alike.

As a prominent expression in the Línea 1492 series, this vitola relies on a sweet, aromatic complexity rather than aggressive, heavy spice.
First Third: The cigar initializes with a silky, delicate texture on the palate. Dominant notes of fragrant cedar wood, fresh hay, and a clear hint of floral honey sweetness define the opening sequence.
Second Third: The profile develops beautifully into a richer, warmer character. Deep elements of espresso bean, toasted almonds, and creamy café au lait merge seamlessly with the woodsy foundation.
Final Third: It builds toward a grand, savory conclusion that remains entirely smooth. The final puffs leave behind lingering, mature flavors of dark chocolate, fine leather, freshly baked bread, and a gentle touch of baking spice.
