The 2019 Montecristo No. 2 has entered a beautiful sweet spot, trading its youthful spice for a refined, creamy complexity. Expect a medium-full profile dominated by a signature milk chocolate and malt core, layered with notes of toasted cinnamon and cedar. As it progresses, the smoke deepens into rich espresso and roasted nuts, finishing with a smooth, leathery earthiness that lacks any of the sharp edges found in younger sticks.
