Unveiled by Habanos S.A. at the XXI Festival del Habano in 2019, the 1519 Humidor is an ultra-exclusive collector's piece commemorating the 500th anniversary of the founding of Havana (1519) and the 20th anniversary of the San Cristóbal de La Habana brand. Limited to just 500 individually numbered humidors worldwide, each cabinet was handcrafted by Cuban artisans at Deering Studio using fine Okoume and Cuban cedar wood. Opens with elegant, silky notes of aged cedar, sweet cream, and roasted almond, evolving mid-smoke into rich layers of light espresso, nutmeg, dried flowers, and refined honey, before finishing with a exceptionally smooth, complex oak and white pepper character.
