Nose: Nutmeg, sweet Earl Grey tea, orange caramel, lemon-grass, kaffir lime, soy sauce and polished oak.
Palate: Wood and curry spice, Earl Grey tea, treacle sweetness, aniseed. Slightly salty with a complex umami feel.
Finish: Long, viscous, complex and savoury.
