Second Third: Moving into the heart of the wide barrel, the flavor profile turns decidedly creamy and nutty. Dominant characteristics of roasted cashews, light café au lait, and a highly refined vintage leather come to the forefront, showcasing a pristine complexity that only comes with years of careful cellaring.
Final Third: The conclusion scales up in flavor depth while staying comfortably within a balanced, light-to-medium presence. Layers of dry oak, dark baker's cocoa powder, and a closing wave of soft baking spice (nutmeg and light cinnamon) finish exceptionally clean, crisp, and fragrant.
